Spinit has a simple layout but it’s one that works. From a slider advertising their raft of bonus options to their cartoon graphics and engaging font, Spinit is easy on the eye.
There’s nothing much complicated about this online casino, even if the name might suggest a penchant for spin-based games that isn’t born out in real life, as players can choose from the full range of casino games.
I signed up in two steps:

As far as their customer service offering goes, it could have been better. Using a chatbot instead of providing a real live chat offering always feels a bit cheap and it devalues the customer experience a little.

I thought I’d try out one of Spinit’s new slot games and I landed on Power of Gods: Egypt, developed by Wazdan. The Egyptian theme was really engaging, as was the 3D graphics that had been created for the game – this gave it a really modern feeling. With different options like a volatility section, as well as a vast array of mini-games, Power of Gods was a pretty fun experience. I was hoping to come out of it feeling as rich as Tutankhamun but left feeling more like one of his servants.
Tiki Fruits, a tropical island-themed game, created by Red Tiger, was up next. I had some trouble getting Tiki Fruits to load up but a quick refresh was all it took and I was on my way. The game played a little clunky though and it wasn’t the most fun I’ve had at an online casino.
I played Evolution Gaming’s Lightning Roulette for the first time ever and the croupier was really working it hard! She played it like the host of a game show, she was incredibly engaging and really added to the sense of fun and adventure that this type of roulette tries to create. I was really disappointed with the live chat option on Spinit. Normally, this is my go-to methods of contacting customer support, but as it was a chatbot I decided not to bother. Chatbots rarely get to the bottom of a problem and they offer up generic solutions to individual problems. They might be a money-saver, but they don’t provide a great customer experience.
I thought I’d email Spinit to ask about their verification process, which is something we test for at. I was emailed back less than 24 hours later, but due to the time difference, I wasn’t able to get my question answered until the next morning.
Spinit didn’t really answer my question over email. I wanted to know when I’d be required to verify my account, and all they said was that I didn’t need to verify my account. It was a poor response.

Spinit doesn’t require any sort of ID verification to deposit money and start playing. On their website, they say they’ll be in touch if verification is something you need to worry about.

It was a straightforward process to deposit money using my e-wallet, and my money was in the account within seconds.
