Casino Lab Overview
Casino Lab is one of the newest ambitious projects launched by Genesis Global ltd in 2020. The best and the most important about this casino is that it is licensed by the UKGC. Casino Lab is no account casino for Finnish, UK and European players also.
Signing up saw me fill a three-step form. On the first page, I entered all the required details, including username, email, password, and mobile. They required my first name, last name, gender, and birthdate on the second. Filling this part and clicking “Next” took me to the ultimate page. Here, I was to key in my preferred currency, town, postcode, and address.
Below, there’s a checkbox for marketing and promotional offers. As usual, I did not check this box as I am uninterested in promotional fluff. Clicking Sign Up saw me gain instant access to the site.
There was a pop-up welcoming me with an insight into the bonus packages on offer on the homepage. Just under, I had two options; deposit or enter (the gameplay area). Tapping "deposit" ushered me to a page for instant deposits.
Casino Lab’s site’s interface is neat and adaptive with a theme featuring a quirky scientist that leads you to the laboratory - where all the magic takes place. Well, I took that leap into Casino Lab’s world of terrific (games) experiments.
Bonuses and Promotions
The bonus package for new players is amazing. It spreads out across your 1-4 deposit:

- Make a 2nd deposit and get a 50% bonus of up to £400;
- Make the 3rd deposit and get a 25% bonus up to £400;
- Make the 4th deposit and get a 25% bonus up to £400.

First, I went with Play n Go’s video poker, Reactoonz, for the promised free spins. You can choose to play for free or with real money. Opting for the latter, I was then redirected to another screen for game launch. The livery on display here is colourful, and the alien-designed symbols are evocative of animation videos.
With my 30 bonus spins and the nifty autoplay feature, I made hands-free spins. I found that the bet value during free spins was set at £0.10. After clinching a total of £1.72 in the bonus round, I saw a pop-up informing me that real money would be used to place bets henceforth.
Also, unlike the bonus round, you can change bet values to suit your casino bankroll. Although it was set at £1.20, I reduced it to £1 to make more spins. After ten spins, I won a measly sum of £1.16, which I consider outrageous for a casino with its volatility. I promptly left this slot to avoid more losses.
My quest for more winnings led me to Starburst. Developed by NetEnt, this slot’s immersive experience makes it popular among high rollers. A spin is worth £2, and after taking five reels without a win, my account balance looked inelegant, so I went for the live casino.
The game "Deal or No Deal Live" brought back fond memories of the actual show, which aired years ago. Without further ado, I tried it. Although there’s a live presenter here, you’re basically playing against a computer. The computer is automated to choose the briefcase to be won or discarded. Unfortunately, after making a few £0.50 and £1 wagers on some boxes, I didn’t make any wins either. What stood out for me here was the live chat feature. With this innovative add-on, interacting with different players was fun, and I forgot about my previous losses momentarily.
About the RTP
The average RTP of the casino games and slots hosted at Casino Lab is described below.
Casino Games | Payout Rates |

Video Slots | 95.34 – 98% |

Blackjack Online | 99.21 – 99.85% |
Table Games | 94.78 – 98.96% |
Video Poker | 99.38 – 99.92% |
Scratch Cards | 76.5 – 96.03% |
As usual, we notice that Video Poker is the highest RTP casino game.
Mobile Experience
Load times for games are pretty impressive. For example, I got a 5-10 second game launch time with slots like Gonzo’s Quest, Reactoonz, and Starburst. However, the live casino takes a little more time during launch. Although this hitch may directly result from overviews and live sessions on the various table games, it can be utterly frustrating.
Despite the absence of a downloadable app, Casino Lab makes up for that deficiency with a geeky yet modernised, attractive look.
Deposit & Withdrawal Options
Casino Lab is accepting plenty of popular banking methods, including debit cards, e-wallets, and prepaid cards.
Payment Methods | Withdrawal Limits | Deposit Limits | Withdrawal Time |
---|---|---|---|
PayPal | £10 – £2,300 daily | £10 – £5,000 | 0-2 days |
Skrill | £10 – £2,300 daily | £10 – £5,000 | 0-2 days |
EcoPayz | £10 – £2,300 daily | £10 – £5,000 | 0-2 days |
Boku | Not Available | £10 – £5,000 | Not Available |
Neteller | £10 – £2,300 daily | £10 – £5,000 | 0-2 days |
Paysafecard | Not Available | £10 – £5,000 | Not Available |
As we can see the deposits are instant. When it comes to withdrawals it is limited by the deposit method you have chosen first and the process may take 12-48 hours. The casinos charge a small amount of fixed fee £1.7-£4.6 on withdrawals.
Support
After filling this section, a tap on the “Start the chat” icon allows you to send messages to the chatbot. Here, I saw a series of related issues. Selecting one that best-described the situation resolved my issues in minutes.
If the chatbot doesn’t cut it, you can elect to speak to a human agent by phone or email. I got a reply in just under 7 hours via email. Although their response time was not flattering, they gave a detailed solution that had my issue rectified - excellent.

Strange relationship with Casinolab, great selection of casino games without a doubt, first withdrawal took a while as verification needed to be completed, however, been playing for a couple of months now. Bare with them, they do pay out, once verified usually within 3days. Frustrating they take commission for the withdrawal, that’s probably the only negative feedback I wish to give, I’ve never played with a bookie or casino who take commission for withdrawals. Very strange process.

I have not experienced any delay with withdrawals, but I can see with other reviews that others claim to have, so hopefully there is a very good support from this casino to sort that out. I would like to see some slingo games as there doesn't seem to be any. Live casino games are available and while there is a fee, it's not that much.
