Casino Planet Review

As the name might imply, Casino Planet is a bold, glitzy, futuristic-styled website that takes you off like a rocket to a planet in the distant future. It comes equipped with a big, enticing homepage and a generous welcome bonus of £1500 and 200 free spins.
Signing up to Casino Planet was pretty easy. I was asked to pick a username, enter my email address and pick a password before being made to fill in other details such as full name, address and currency.
The games had a fairly classy feel and worked reasonably well - I had a latency issue with one and a glitch on the live roulette with another. But some winnings on blackjack, roulette and the slots quickly smooth things over.
Customer support was a bit niggly, the live chat bot didn’t work that well and it took Casino Planet about three hours to reply over email and that response was not the most helpful or personable either.
The mobile site was highly functional and the terms of money withdrawal exactly what you would expect.
Overall, it was a fun playing experience - once I got over those two issues with the games - and the website looked great and worked well. Casino Planet might not be out of this world, but it’ll do just fine on Planet Earth.

Casino Planet does not really seem to promote one style of game above any other, so I dove into their live casino offering first.

I played some live roulette for fairly small stakes. I found the display pretty small and cluttered, so I had to enter full screen mode to get a proper look at things. I played a fairly broad sweep of numbers and returned £1.40.
All was going well, however Casino Planet suffered a pretty major glitch and the screen froze just after I played my bets. This meant I couldn’t see the ball on the wheel, or see where its final resting place was; I just had to take their word for it that I won £1.40.
I could not stay too mad for too long, because I was onto a winner with £2 on red. With that, I said my thanks and left for a hand of blackjack.
One thing that would have been useful would be a little note to say which games allowed small stakes and which didn’t - it was just guesswork trying to avoid the high roller games. I landed in one game of blackpack, only to be told my £25 deposit was not enough for them.
I could not find a game that had a minimum bet of lower than £15, so I abandoned my search and headed for the slots - via a virtual blackjack table for a quick hand or two. These ones did allow lower bets, which I was glad about, but I would have preferred to get the live casino experience.
I had a few games of Book of Dead, didn’t really win much and didn’t trigger any bonuses, before giving Mystery Reels a crack. My luck was down and I exited £1 lighter from five 10p spins.
Most of the games played pretty nice, there was some lag on the virtual blackjack when dealing the final card and the glitch on the roulette brings the score down a peg. But in all this is a solid sight with clearly laid out games and a good vibe.

I tapped on the help bar and got the choice of browsing an FAQ section, a phone number, an email address and a live chat.
I chose live chat and got a customer support bot, which was… interesting. I hate customer support bots, I feel like they’re a cheap option and they never quite help me in the way I need. I wanted to know about withdrawal options and it did help with that, but the process was laborious and just not that great.
I sent them an email asking about the minimum and maximum withdrawal limits. I got an email back acknowledging my question almost instantly, which I feel is a nice touch, but I had to wait about three hours for a reply. The live chat option is quicker, but email may provide more information. However, my interaction was hardly personable as I was just directed to an area of Casino Planet’s website in order to solve my query.
